So, I did end up making a slightly modified version (no lemongrass, no coriander). I did use all other ingredients and added a dash or two of cinnamon and nutmeg to warm it up. WOW. I loved this sauce! The cumin smelled overpowering at first, so I was a little worried, but it tasted great. Wonderful balance of warm spices and sour cranberries. Thanks!
