This is a Spring version of one of our family favorites - pasta with veggies and goat cheese. The variations are endless but here's a good starting point. We'll be sure to our favorite versions throughout the seasons. It's also the recipe that one of our most popular Recipe Kits is based on!

It's Spring at last, so naturally we roll out the spring versions of this go to pasta dish that is quick to prepare and makes everyone happy.
