ROASTED WALLA WALLA ONIONS & BOK CHOY
3 large walla walla onions, roughly cut 1 large head bok choy a couple dashes sesame oil a hearty shake of Bragg's liquid aminos or high quality soy sauce toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling on top
