Dedicated to the art of natural cheese making, FireFly Farm makes their artisan cheeses according to time-honored tradition. Their cheeses are produced and ripened by hand, with special care given to ensure the purity, quality and clean flavor of the milk. 

Allegheny Chevre

A traditional fresh goat cheese. Fresh cheese is cheese that has not been ripened or aged, and indeed our Chevre can go "from teat to table" in three or four days. "Chevre" is French, and literally means goat. As fresh goat’s milk cheese became popular in the United States, the French "Fromage de Chevre" shortened into Chevre. Allegheny Chevre – like all fine cheese – is best served at room temperature where its flavor and texture are at their peak. Spread it on a cracker, serve it with a salad, or use it in cooking and fine cuisine.

Merry Goat Round

FireFly’s soft-ripened, white-bloomed round. Merry Goat Round is aged for several weeks before it leaves us, and continues to ripen from
the rind inward as it matures, growing progressively creamier, and developing “mushroomy”
notes. Merry Goat Round’s flavors open and intensify at room temperature; it is best warmed before serving and it melts beautifully. Merry Goat Round has taken it's place among the highest quality American artisinal cheeses.

Black & Blue

This cheese will leave you aching for more! It is a deeply blued wheel with a black-wax rind. It is aged for several months before it leaves us. Cut into its waxed exterior and you’ll be thrilled to find a rich, dense, buttery, stark white cheese

that is deeply blued throughout its interior. Its lusty taste will thrill any true-blue lover! This is

Cabra LaMancha

This is a rustic, goat’s milk tome. We wash its rind — which develops an earthy orange-color — and age it for several months before it leaves us. Its clean, sharp taste is universally appealing. It has a firm but not hard texture that make it perfect for slicing on a

Garlic Chive and Cheddar

 This cheese has the perfect garlic and chive blend in our regular cheddar cheese. It is great melted on sandwiches, twice-baked potatoes and maccroni and cheese.

Organic Raw Sharp Cheddar

Thier award-winning Raw Milk Sharp Cheddar is a cheese lover’s dream. This cheddar is made from the milk of humanely raised, pastured cows, and is aged for 300 days for sensational cheddar flavor. 

Organic Mild Cheddar

Cheddar cheese is a firm, cows-milk cheese named after the town in England where it originated. During processing, the cheese curd is cut into small pieces, or "cheddared." OV Cheddar cheese is white, because they add no artificial colors-all you taste is the good flavor cheddar-lovers expect. 

Organic Feta

Considered one of the two oldest cheeses in the world, Feta is a white, rindless, semi-firm cheese with a salty, tangy flavor that can range from mild to sharp. Feta is a classic Mediterranean cheese with a tradition dating back thousands of years. Though old world feta was typically made from the milk of pastured goats, Organic Valley cheesemakers begin with organic milk from cows pastured on family farms.  Feta is kept in brine even once it's packaged to preserve freshness. The word "feta" comes from the Italian word "fette" which means "a slice of food." 

Organic Munster

Muenster cheese got its name because it was made by in monasteries throughout Medieval Europe. "Muenster" is a derivative of the Latin word "monasterium." Monks lived quiet simple lives in harmony with nature, and Organic Valley's Muenster is made in that time-honored tradition. The finished cheese is dipped in annatto, a natural colorant and spice that gives our Muenster its traditional bright red rind.

Organic Provolone

Similar to Mozzarella, but with a sharper flavor, Provolone comes to us from southern Italy. More easily sliced than Mozzarella, Provolone adds extra zing to sandwiches and zip to pizza and other Italian dishes. Excellent mixed with other Italian cheeses!

Organic Mozzerella

It is said that Mozzarella cheese was invented by accident when cheese curds fell into a bucket of hot water, near Naples, Italy. Originally made from the milk of water buffaloes, Organic Valley's Mozzarella is made from farm fresh organic cows' milk. Mozzarella is known for it's "stretchy" quality and excellent melting capability.

We carry Organic Valley Whole milk, 2 percent milk, 1 percent milk and Fat-Free Milk in half gallons.

Seven Stars Farm is a 350 acre certified Biodynamic dairy farm located in northern Chester County, PA that was established in 1987. We use the milk from our Jersey and Jersey crossed herd to produce Seven Stars Organic Yogurt.

We carry Whole Milk Plain Yogurt and Vanilla Yogurt by the quart.
