Michele's Granola is handmade with love in Michele's small-batch bakery in Maryland. All varieties are prepared fresh daily, from scratch, with premium all-natural and organic ingredients. The granola is wheat and dairy-free, and never contains any additives, preservatives, cholesterol or trans-fats.
What began in early 2006 as a one-woman farmers market show has developed into a thriving business! And super cool fact: Michele's gives 1% of all sales revenue to local organizations that are helping to build a better food system!
In Michele's words:
"In my early 20s, I spent a special coastal New England summer waiting tables and devouring fresh-baked granola bars from the neighborhood bakery. When I returned home to Maryland, I missed the granola even more than the beach, and began experimenting with my own homemade cereal.
As a self-taught baker, I spent countless hours blending and baking an array of natural and organic ingredients, until I discovered the perfect, crunchy bite. I shared my goods with friends and family and was told over and over it was THE BEST granola they'd ever tasted. Michele's Granola was born!
Ten years later, I am happy to be able to share my crunchy creations so widely with so many happy customers! We haven’t strayed from our small batch roots, though. All of our products are still handmade from scratch and hand packaged with love in our Maryland kitchen.
