Jenna Huntsberger and baking have a long, passionate history. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Jenna spent hours making cakes for her committee meetings in college at the University of Washington and baking through almost every recipe in Rose Levy Beranbaum’s "The Bread Bible."
She started a blog in 2008, where she discussed the science of baking, shared her favorite recipes and interviewed local DC pastry chefs.
In 2010, she left her full-time job in communications to pursue her dream. She learned the ropes working at several area businesses before launching Whisked! in 2011.
Celebrating the traditions of American baking with both sweet and savory treats, Whisked! pies are handmade with fresh, local ingredients. It's that commitment to detail that results in the perfectly flaky and golden brown crusts of each decadent creation.
