Good Buddha Bowls

A Buddha bowls is what you make it -some greens, grains, protein, veggies, cheese and a dressing! There is an *add chicken* option for this - choose it from the dropdown!

In the kit:

16 oz salad greens

1 lb chicken breast

2 sweet potatoes

1 medium red onion

1 red beet

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1 can chickpeas or black beans

Spice blend: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1sp t cumin

Grain spice blend: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, amd ½ tsp garlic powder

From your kitchen:

1 ½ cups farro or any grain of your choice

1 Tbsp oil

Optional: add any crumbled or shredded cheese, nuts, seeds or salad dressing you choose!
