What you get: 2 pounds grass pastured, certified animal welfare approved, ground lamb from Border Springs Farm (Patrick Springs, VA), 1 red onion, fresh ginger, 1  packet garam masala,  1 red bell pepper, 1 english cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 bunch fresh mint, 1 bunch cilantro, 1 pound Basmati rice,
What you'll need: Plain Yogurt, ground cumin, chili powder, one 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes, one 15-oz. can Eden Foods chickpeas
