This sheet pan supper has become a favorite at our house so we've decided to make it a recipe kit! Chicken, carrots, cauliflower and chickpeas are roasted with warm and aromatic spices (we did all the measuring and mixing for you!) to deliver a totally satisfying meal that goes together on just one sheet pan!  Serve it with a dollop of Greek Yogurt and a squeeze of lime on it's own or with rice or quinoa (our favorite). Serves 4 with leftovers for lunch!
You get:

Spice Mix
1 pound local and humanely- raised, organic pastured chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
1 pound organic carrots
1 head cauliflower
1 can Chickpeas
small bunch cilantro
1 lime
8oz. Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
