When you grow up in California, you learn at an early age what qualifies as good guacamole and that the blech that has anything other then the essential six ingredients in this recipe is decidedly NOT guacamole. I call this recipe Weazie's Rockin' guac because I've been making it since I was 13 years old and it's been garnering orgasmic vocalizations upon eating it for as long as I can remember. It is a given that I am requested to bring this to any potluck, picnic or hootenanny we're invited to and it has been given it's name (my nickname) by countless friends, families and those who have become fans after just one bite. Serves 6-8. Goes great w/ Salsa Fresca and chips as a starter. This kit comes with the Mexican Shredded Beef Taco kit.
What you get: 5 avocados, 1 jalapeno pepper, 1 red onion, 1 limes, 1 bunch cilantro
What you need: salt and your favorite chips if you're using it for snacking.
